Hybridity entails a fusion of entities. As an idea, it can help us see the world more holistically, as a blend of experiences, materials, cultures, ideas, or solutions, spanning across time and space, which in turn create something enriched, something new.
Together we will leverage the idea of hybridity to explore technology, humanity, and the complex web of issues shaping our rapidly digitalizing world. We will explore tensions and contradictions, the familiar and the strange, as we craft a clearer picture of digital transformation beyond the easy wins: beyond the “green field” or the “blue ocean”, digital transformation is increasingly about balancing the old and the new: upgrading existing expertise and building new skills, protecting existing revenue streams and engaging in new ecosystems, being compassionate and analytical at the same time.
Our exploration of hybridity together with thought-leaders, policymakers, business and NGO leaders, and entrepreneurs, will cover:
• Platform competition and societal responsibility
• Human – AI collaboration and role of AI in organizational transformation
• Integrating technology, equity and sustainability in new ventures
• Esthetics, art, and imagination’s role in generative innovation
• Imaginaries of the future and psychological safety
This will be an online event. We are convinced that it will, like last year, be engaging, stimulating, and interactive.
This digital conference is arranged by the House of Innovation together with the Wallenberg Foundations and Digital@Idag, the Future Work Forum, and MISUM. The conference is also part of the outreach program of the Jacob and Marcus Wallenberg Center for Innovative and Sustainable Business Development, and the Scania Center of Innovation and Operational Excellence, at the SSE House of Innovation.
